Salvatore S. D'Abbusco, the owner and general manager of Salvatore Cucina Italiana, was born in Naples, Italy. After he moved to the US, his passion for authentic Italian cuisine inspired him to open his own Italian restaurant in Mission Viejo. Since then, this family owned restaurant has been running for over 20 consecutive years, serving Orange County from the same location. Whether the group is small or large, the available sizes of Salvatore Cucina Italiana's catering dishes can provide enough food for everyone. Their catering entrees range across all types of Italian classics, including a wide variety of pastas like Pasta con Marinara, Penne al Forno, Cheese Tortellini, Meat Ravioli, and many more, and meat dishes like chicken, veal, pork, and seafood that are served with the sauce of your choice. Their pastas can be served in a "big pan," which is enough for 20 people, or a "small pan," which serves 6-8 people.
