$19 For Whale Watching Excursion and a Pair of Binoculars ($38 Value)

Through recent studies, scientists have discovered that whales differ from humans dramatically. Humans crack under pressure while doing summersaults and back flips, whales, on the other hand, thrive on the rush of having an audience when performing flares and windmills. Today’s perk gives users the chance to see a plethora of funky sea critters with Newport Landing Whale Watching.

You’ll embark on a 2.5 hour journey into the Pacific with some of the friendliest and funniest crew members on this side of the hemisphere. DealPerk guarantees a pair of binoculars and whale or dolphin sightings with Newport Landing Whale Watching for $19 (normally valued at $38). Whales and hundreds of dolphins are consistently spotted and tracked here. If for any reason a whale is not spotted during your trip, everyone is entitled to a half-off towards their next excursion with no strings attached.

"Beautiful views of the harbor and then into the ocean. We had multiple pods of whales near our ship; dolphins and seals. Trip takes about 2 hours and they have snacks on board."

"It wasn't long before we spotted our first blue whale. After following him around for a good amount of time we continued on our way to look for more marine life, running into a school of a couple hundred dolphin not too long after. They were so fun to watch. They were jumping and playing along the sides of the boat as they passed by us. They were so fast and there were so many of them. It was a truly amazing sight."
-CentCoastMom, TripAdvisor

"I love this place. I've been to so many different landings from L.A. down to San Diego Area. Newportlanding will put fishes on for you. Deckhands are on it all the time and very helpful. They don't lie about fish counts on website and Newportlanding never let me down. Foods is great, beer's cold. Patriot is my fav boat to go out."

I am assuming this is for binocular rental and not actaully a pair of binoculars??

@ambermwpt - That is correct. It's part of the rental and you have to return it at the end of the excursion. Thank you for asking and I hope this clarifies things.
