Description
After centuries of spearfishing and clam hunting, local Orange County fishing clans finally decided to band together to share their secrets by creating the ultimate Seafood Restaurant: Bluewater Grill. Today’s Perk allows you to enjoy $40 worth of yummy crustaceans, mollusks, and fish for only $20. Keep in mind that because of Bluewater's constant supply of various fresh seafood, new menus are printed daily.
Inspired by the sea and surrounded by fish and fishermen alike while growing up, Executive Chef Brian Hirsty knew his calling at the age of 7. More than 25 years later, Brian has created one of the most acclaimed Seafood restaurants in Southern California, opened three locations, and converted tens of thousands of first-time customers into diehard Bluewater Grill loyalists.
So what is a typical meal like at Bluewater Grill? Start it off with a hot cup of New England or Manhattan Clam Chowder to go with your complementary loaf of sourdough bread. Follow that up with an item from the appetizer menu including Baked Dungeness Crab & Artichoke Dip or the Coconut Fried Shrimp. Then post up with the main course with the San Francisco Cioppino (Dungeness Crab, Scallops, Shrimp, Clams, Mussels and Fish in a spicy marinara sauce topped with Romano cheese), grilled Barramundi Seabass, or Fisherman's Combination Platter (Scallops, Shrimp Beer Battered Fish). Finally, top it all off with Bluewater’s own wine list, key lime pie, or chocolate lava cake.
